To arrange services, we share only the details each independent provider needs — for example, guest names and dates with an accommodation provider, meal counts and dietary requirements with a food provider, or pickup times and passenger counts with a transportation provider. Allergy and dietary information is used only to coordinate meals and is restricted to authorized staff and the relevant food provider.
