    Before you accept a quote, you can withdraw your request at any time, and no charges apply because no payment is collected at the request stage.

    Cancellation terms for confirmed arrangements depend on the services and providers involved. The specific cancellation terms that apply to you will be stated in your quote before you accept it.

  3. 03Refunds
